Wrong sizing and lack of response from Day One Camo

It really saddens me to leave a negative review, as I have worked with Day One Camo for nearly a decade and have always had a good experience with Gary Christophersen. The sizing however has changed, and that was not indicated for the Parka (we had an email exchange for the Pants and it was pointed that they are now true to size). I ordered the parka in size XXL and received a parka that is smaller than the size XL I had made for me some years ago that I still wear. The largest tape-measured girth is actually a bit smaller than the upper end of the stated range of chest sizes, and I am not even talking about room for layering. It is two sizes too small. The fabric is also thinner - I could live with that if there was room for layers. I have written twice requesting exchange for the parka (or refund) and I have gotten no response. My understanding is that Day One Camo has new owners and it is nothing like it used to be.

Cowboy Suede Pants

Wish I would’ve bought them sooner! I would’ve gotten the pattern I wanted and the correct size by just ordering solely from Day One. An improvement to the Cowboy Suede would be a bit more stretch to the material but I’m still super satisfied with my purchases!

Great material bad sewing

Seams are ripping out due to no bar racks. Nothing a needle and thread can’t fix. But still

Excellent pants

These pants are well made and the design is also well thought out. The Cowboy Suede is one of the best fabrics for hunting I have handled. Quiet, comfortable, the camo oattern and color is perfect. Buy it and try it, you won't be disappointed.
