You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. These are items that have been examined for size and selection with the "Tags" still attached and not used in the element which makes them no longer a new product. Used returns are discounted in price at our discretion. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect size, camouflage or defective item, etc.).
Expect to receive your refund within four weeks or less from giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply use the log in link from "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. It will generate an RA number and form. For phone orders make a copy of the Pink shipping slip included in your delivered package and note the reason for the return. Use the same copied Pink slip detailing your original purchase with instructions for "exchanged" items. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
We have shipped to many address around the world. Note that there are some restrictions to certain countries. Delivery expenses, security and times vary between different carriers.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the volume of your items. Our first choice for shipping is the USPS postal system. Our second option is FedEx. We can work with a shipping option of your choosing, generally for larger dealer orders. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight and package size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and inch dimension.
The charge card companies require a processing fee be added to the total of each purchase. DAY ONE does not receive or hold these funds, they are processed straight through to your charge card company. Mailed in checks or money orders will not accrue these costs. Thank You.
