Cannot get ahold of day one for a return

Shirts too big, wanted to return and reorder. Customer service email comes back as undeliverable, phone number says disconnected. Tried Instagram, no response the last few days. Could be a technical issue but there is no way to get in tough to report it. I always try to buy USA made, but i don’t think it’s going to work out with this shop.
