We appreciate you shopping with Day One Camouflage. Since 1987, we’ve been making products that help you get the most of your time spent outdoors. We make our products to the highest standards possible so that they’re the first thing you pack and the last thing you worry about. 

But if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We ask that all returns happen within 30 days from the date you received your product and that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags intact.

Simply request a return by emailing sales@dayonecamouflage.com with your order number. We’ll provide you a prepaid label–just box the item back up and drop it off at your local (UPS/FedEx) location.

Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you that we have received your returned item, inspect it and issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus the cost of return shipping. Refunds to credit cards can take a few days to show up in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
